You're billed once a year and the saving is reflected in the displayed monthly price. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time from your billing settings.

Yes. No contracts and no cancellation fees. Cancel from your account settings and you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. Your data stays available for export for 30 days after cancellation.

If something has gone wrong on our end, get in touch and we'll always make it right. For change-of-mind cancellations after a billing date, we don't refund part-used months — but you keep full access until the period ends and can re-subscribe whenever you're ready.
